CNPJ nº 60.444.437/0001-46 NIRE 33.300.106.448 PUBLICLY-HELD COMPANY Notice to the Market Light S.A. - In Judicial Reorganization (" Light ") ( B3: LIGT3; ADR I: LGSXY) and Light Serviços de Eletricidade S.A. (" Light SESA ", and jointly with Light, the " Companies "), in continuance to the Material Fact disclosed on March 27, 2025, hereby inform their shareholders and the market in general that, on this date, after analyzing the compliance with the quality, economic-financial management, and performance criteria set forth in Decree No. 12,068/2024, the Board of Directors of the National Electric Energy Agency (" ANEEL "), in a Public Meeting, recommended the extension of the Distribution Concession Agreement No. 1/1996-DNAEE (" Concession Agreement ") for an additional 30 (thirty) years starting from June 2026. Following this recommendation, the process will be forwarded to the Ministry of Mines and Energy ("MME"), a step that precedes the signing of the Amendment. In line with best practices, the Companies will keep the market and the public duly and timely updated on relevant information related to this matter, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
