In Judicial Reorganization Light Company (B3: LIGT3; ADR I: LGSXY), in compliance with Resolution 80/22, informs its shareholders and the market in general that on March 17, 2026 the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Ronaldo Matos Valiño to the position of Coordinator of the Statutory Audit Committee replacing Mr. Ricardo Henrique Baras. Mr. Ronaldo Matos Valiño holds a degree in Accounting Sciences and an Executive MBA from Coppead/UFRJ, with executive education in Strategy from INSEAD, Digital Leadership from FDC and board member certification from IBGC. He has over 36 years of professional experience in audit and consulting, including 21 years as a partner at PwC Brazil, with extensive expertise in corporate governance, risk management, internal controls and corporate processes, as well as experience serving on boards of directors, audit committees and fiscal councils.
