LIGHT S.A. - IN JUDICIAL REORGANIZATION CNPJ nº 03.378.521/0001-75 NIRE 33.300.263.16-1 PUBLICLY-HELD COMPANY Notice to the Market Light S.A. - In Judicial Reorganization (" Light " or " Company ") (B3: LIGT3; ADR I: LGSXY), in compliance with CVM's Resolution 80/22, informs its shareholders and the market in general that on April 27, 2026 the Board of Directors appointed Ms. Carla Alessandra Trematore and Mr. Antônio Reinaldo Rabelo Filho (the later replacing Mr. Hélio Paulo Ferraz) as members of the Statutory Audit Committee, to complete the current term ending on May 6, 2028. Mr. Antônio Reinaldo Rabelo Filho holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), an MBA in Business Law from IBMEC, and a Master's degree in Tax Law from PUC/SP. He has professional experience in corporate governance, finance, and corporate restructurings, having served as a founding partner of law firms, a board member, and a senior legal executive in national and international companies and structures, including publicly traded companies. Ms. Carla Alessandra Trematore holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from São Paulo State University (UNESP) and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from PUC Minas. She has extensive experience in auditing, accounting, finance, and corporate governance, having worked at independent audit firms such as Arthur Andersen, Deloitte, and EY, as well as in accounting and financial consulting. She currently serves as an independent member of boards of directors, audit committees, and fiscal councils of several publicly held companies, with notable expertise in auditing, internal controls, and governance.
