CNPJ nº 60.444.437/0001-46 NIRE 33.300.106.448 PUBLICLY-HELD COMPANY Material Fact Light S.A. - In Judicial Reorganization (" Light ") (B3: LIGT3; ADR I: LGSXY) and Light Serviços de Eletricidade S.A. (" Light SESA " and, together with Light, the " Companies ") in continuation of the Material Fact disclosed on March 27, 2025 and the Notice to the Market disclosed on November 4, 2025, hereby inform their shareholders and the market in general that the 8th Amendment Agreement to the Public Service Concession Agreement for Electric Energy Distribution No. 1/1996-ANEEL was signed with the Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME) (" Granting Authority "), extending its term for a period of 30 (thirty) years, effective from June 4, 2026 to June 4, 2056 (" Concession Renewal "). The Concession Renewal marks the beginning of a new operating cycle for Light SESA, in which the Company reaffirms its commitment to the continuous improvement of service quality and customer care standards provided to society in the 31 municipalities in which it operates in the State of Rio de Janeiro, with operational efficiency and the creation of sustainable long-term value, in alignment with its trajectory and institutional responsibility built over its 120 years of history. The Concession Renewal is also a relevant step contemplated in Light's Judicial Reorganization Plan (" JR Plan "), following which other subsequent events will take place, including the measures related to the capitalization process of the Companies. In line with best practices, the Companies will keep the market and the general public duly and timely informed of relevant information related to this matter, pursuant to applicable legislation and regulations.
