This is to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of Kohinoor Mills Limited "the Company" will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 12:45 hrs., at 8 Kilometer Manga Raiwind Road, District Kasur, the Registered Office of the Company, to consider and approve the un-audited financial statements of the Company for the 3'd quarter ended March 31, 2026, and for declaration of entitlement, if any.
The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from April 16, 2026 to April 23, 2026 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in anv manner during the Closed Period.
