This is to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 09:30 a.m. at the Registered Office of the Company, 135-Upper Mall, Lahore to Elect the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer alongwith constitution of Board Committee.
The Company has declared the close period from 15-03-2025 to 22-03-2025 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.1. (d) of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive of the Company shall, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
