This is to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held on Friday, March 21, 2025 at 09:30 a.m. at the Registered Office of the Company, 135-Upper Mall, Lahore have approved the following:
1- In terms of Section 159(1) of the Companies Act, 2017, the directors have fixed the seven (7) number of directors to be elected in Extra General Meeting of the next term of three years.
2- Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) will be held on Monday, April 14, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., at 135-Upper Mall, Lahore
