With reference to your letter # PSX/Fen-1394, during the quarter under review, the company remained non-operational due to the continued challenging market environment. The prolonged economic uncertainty and unfavorable industry conditions have made it impractical to resume operations during this period.
Management continues to evaluate all viable options to sustain the business and plan for eventual recovery. This includes exploring strategic alternatives, restructuring opportunities, and cost optimization measures to ensure the company is prepared to recommence operations when conditions allow.
