CALGARY, May 30 /CNW/ - Jura Energy Corporation ("Jura") announced today that it has filed with the Canadian securities regulatory authorities certain revised continuous disclosure documents in response to a request of, and after consultation with, the Alberta Securities Commission. The following documents have been refiled by Jura:
- Annual Information Form ("AIF") for the year ended September 30,
2006 - The AIF was revised to:
- Supplement the disclosure of reserves data with a table
reflecting the elements of total future net revenue attributable

present value of future net revenue by production group at a
10% discount rate, in each case using forecast prices and costs;
- Include disclosure with respect to work commitments and
expectations regarding expiry of its rights, if any, in relation
to Jura's unproved properties;
- Describe in greater detail its material contracts; and
- Identify Chapman Petroleum Engineering Ltd. as an expert.
- Material Change Report ("MCR") dated January 8, 2007 - The MCR
was revised to provide disclosure of how the acquisition of
66.7% of the shares of Pyramid Energy International Inc.
("Pyramid") on January 3, 2007 would have effected Jura's
reserves data as at September 30, 2006 had the acquisition
occurred on or before September 30, 2006.
- Business Acquisition Report ("BAR") dated March 24, 2007 - The
BAR was revised to correct the amount of consideration paid,
expand the disclosure of the source financial information used
in the determination of pro forma financial information
presented and to reflect in the pro forma financial information
the consolidated balance sheet of Jura as at December 31, 2006,
rather than as at September 30, 2006.
The revised AIF, MCR and BAR, each dated May 29, 2007, replace and
supersede the original documents which should hereafter be disregarded.
