This is to inform you that the Board of Directors ("Board") of JS Investments Limited (the "Company"), intheir meeting held on Friday, January 9, 2026 at 3:00 p.m., at Karachi, has appointed Mr. Suleman Lalani as the Chairman ofthe Board ofDirectors ofthe Company.

Moreover, the Board has also appointed Ms. Iffat Zehra Mankani as the ChiefExecutive Officer of the Company for a period of three years, subject to the approval of Securities and Exchange Commission ofPakistan.
