JHSF Participações S.A. ("JHSF" or Company), in accordance to article 157 of Law 6.404/76 and CVM Instruction 358/02 and subsequent changes, informs that it was filled today in the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários, a request for analysis of Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário JHSF Catarina Corporate Berlim ("Fund"), whose objective is to invest in the office tower called Edifício Berlim, which is part of set of office towers of the Catarina project.
The conclusion of this transaction is subject to the analsys, registration and operation of the Fund, pursuant to the rules and other documents filed to the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários.
