(?JHSF? or Company), in accordance to article 157 of Law 6.404/76 and CVM Instruction 358/02 and subsequent changes, informs that it was filled today in the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários, a request for analysis of Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário JHSF Catarina Corporate Center (?Fund?), whose objective is to invest in real estate assets of JHSF and subsidiaries.
The conclusion of this transaction is subject to the analsys, registration and operation of the Fund, pursuant to the rules and other documents filed to the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários.
