This is the company's third and final payment of the year and is the highest ordinary dividend so far. In keeping with its promise to generate value for its shareholders, ISA will disburse the last installment of the annual dividend payment for the year 2024. This will be COP 370 per share for the more than 1.1 billion common shares outstanding. This payment is in addition to those made by the company in May and July, for a total disbursement of COP 1,229,522 million. This was established at the Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting held on March 21, 2024, which approved the distribution of 50% of the profits obtained in 2023. Those persons who were holders of ISA shares prior to December 12 of the current year (date on which the ex-dividend period began, which was extended until December 17) will be entitled to payment. It is important to note that the money corresponding to unclaimed dividends does not generate any yield or interest. Therefore, we recommend that shareholders do so on the established dates, through their respective direct depositors (stockbrokers).
