We wish to inform you that the Company, through its letter dated October 22, 2025, had requested an extension, which has been granted by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan vide letter No. SMD/PRDD/Comp/(77)/2022/84. The extension allows the Company to file first quarterly Financial Statement for the period ended September 30, 2025 by November 29, 2025.

This is in reference to the application dated October 22,. 2025 of Imperial Limited (the 'Company') on the subject whereby, the Company has sought an extension of 30 days for filing its first quarterly financial statements for:the.period ended September 30, 2025.

1. In this connection, I am directed to inform you that in terms of section 237 of the Companies Act, 2017 (the "Act"), the Commission has granted an extension of 30 days to the Company for filing its first quarterly financial statements for the period end'ed September 30, 2025, by November 29, 2023.

2. This letter is issued with the approval of the competent authority and without prejudice to any action that the Commission may initiate for non-compliance with any requirements of the Act.
