Subject: Credit of Third Interim Cash Dividend (D-59)
Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that The Hub Power Company Limited ("Company") has credited the third interim cash dividend of Rs. 5/- per share, i.e., 50% for the third quarter ended March 31, 2026. as announced by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on April 22, 2026, into the designated bank accounts of the shareholders on May 19, 2026. The said dividend has been credited to the bank accounts of those shareholders who have provided e-mandates with complete 24-digit IBAN numbers.
In accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2017, the Company has withheld the dividends of those shareholders who have not provided their IBAN numbers and/or copies of their CNICs to the Company.
You are requested to disseminate this information to the Members of the Exchange accordingly.
