This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., at the Company's Head Office, 9" Floor, Ocean Tower, Block-9, Main Clifton Road, Karachi, to consider and approve the quarterly financial statements of the Company for the third quarter ended March 31, 2026 and for declaration of any entitlement.
The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from Wednesday, April 15, 2026 to Wednesday, April 22, 2026 (both days inclusive). As required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
