Sub: Board Meeting & Closed Period Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Habib Rice Products Ltd. (the "Company") will be held on Thursday, 23" April, 2026 at 11:00 a,m, at 37, 9th Street, Phase V, D,H.A, Karachi to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Statements of the Company for the nine months period ended 31st March, 2026, and under section 159(1) of the Companies Act, 2017, to fix the number of Directors to be elected for the next 3 years term of office and to fix the date and time for eonvening the forthcoming Extra Ordinary General Meeting, as the tenure of the existing Directors will expire on 04 June, 2026.

The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from 17" April, 2026 to 23'd April, 2026 (both days inclusive) as required under clause 5.6.4 of Rule book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, Chief Executive Officer or Executives of the Company shall, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the.closed period.
