In compliance with Article 228 of the Consolidated Text of the Law on the Securities Market, and related provisions and for making available to the public as a price sensitive information, Group Ezentis, S.A (hereinafter "Ezentis") reports that one of the subsidiaries of Ezentis in Brazil, Ezentis Energía, S.A. has been awarded by LIGHT S.E.S.A. (Hereinafter "Light") of a new service contract for energy fraud detection, inspection and standardization of consumer customers in the regions of Baixada Fluminense and east of the city of Rio de Janeiro.
The contract has a duration of three years, ending in March 2019 and the total estimated amount is R $ 96 million reais, equivalent to about 23 million euros.
This award represents a further step towards achieving the objective of sectoral, geographical and clients diversification of Ezentis Group, within the framework of the 2014-2017 Strategic Plan.
