In compliance of Article 228 of the Consolidated Text of the Securities Market Law, and related provisions, Group Ezentis, SA ("Ezentis" or the "Company") informs that its Chilean subsidiary, has been awarded through the UTE ( Joint Venture Company)in which it participates by 25% with ELS, S.A society, (which owns 75%) of a new contract by Chilectra, a Chilean electricity distribution company, for the provision of construction and maintenance of medium and low voltaje networks, providing emergency services, plus cutting services , replacement and technical management of defaulting in Chile.
The contract lasts 37 months and its total estimated amount is if 47 million euros, of which approximately 11.6 million coresponds to Ezentis according to their percentage ownership in the joint venture.
This award represents a further step towards achieving the goal of diversification by sectors and clients of Ezentis Group, within the framework of the 2014-2017 Strategic Plan.
