(2).The proposal for the capital reduction was already approved in the 2022 Annual General Shareholders' Meeting held on June 08, 2022. in order to adjust the capital structure and improve returns on equity. (3).The proposed capital reduction is NT$546,487,840 in cash and 54,648,784 shares, representing a 10% reduction in capital. Shareholders will be refunded by NT$ 1.00 per holding share in cash.The capital stock is NT$4,918,390,570 after reduction. (4).After the proposal is approved reported to the competent authorities, the chairman of the board is authorized to set another base date for the capital reduction as well as for capital reduction and share exchange. (5).Based on the above, by this notice to all creditors, any creditor may submit his/her objection to the Capital Reduction Plan to Company with written evidences of his/her own credit in question during the period from June 13, 2022 to July 13, 2022.
