(1)The Annual Shareholders' Meeting of the Company held on 2022/06/8 had
   resolved to execute a capital reduction by cash refund. The proposal has
   been approved and made effective by the Letter of TWSE No.1111803141 date
   2022/07/12.
(2)In accordance with the resolutions of the 2022 Annual Shareholders'
   Meeting, the chairman is authorized to set the record date of capital
   reduction, the record date of replacement of shares and other related
   matters. The record date of capital reduction will be 2022/07/15, and
   then the Company will apply with the Ministry of Economic Affairs for
   amendment registration.
