GLANBIA PLC ("THE COMPANY") The Directors of Glanbia plc (the " Company ") are pleased to announce that all the resolutions put to its Annual General Meeting (" AGM ") held earlier today, Wednesday 29 April 2026, were duly passed on a poll. The Poll results will be available shortly on the Company's website https://www.glanbia.com/agm The full text of all resolutions considered at the AGM was included in the Notice of the AGM of the Company published on the Company's website https://www.glanbia.com/agm on 25 March 2026 and, where requested, were also posted to shareholders on 25 March 2026.
