Genesis has begun engaging with independent retailers, generators and large industrials to understand requirements for additional flexibility products to support and firm New Zealand's increasingly renewable electricity grid. Genesis Chief Operating Officer Tracey Hickman said Genesis was eager to develop capacity products it could offer to all market participants including independent retailers and generators, trading houses and industrial customers.
