With reference to the Notice of the 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Gatron (Industries) Limited published on October 6, 2025 and also disseminate to the PSX on PUCAR. Please note that, due to administrative reasons, the timing of the AGM has been revised. The AGM will now be held at 03:30

p.m. on Monday, October 27, 2025, at Makran Hall, Serena Hotel, Zarghun Road, Quetta, with the option to attend via video conferencing. The previously communicated time was 09:30 a.m. All other details of the original notice remain unchanged.

A copy of the newspaper advertisement to be published on October 16, 2025 in Dawn (Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad editions) and Nawai-e-Waqt (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Quetta editions) regarding this change is enclosed for your information.
