Further re Board Appointments
Carclo is pleased to announce that, following his appointment as a non-executive
Director on 1 January 2006, Michael Derbyshire will chair the Remuneration
Committee.
Barbara Richmond has now served six years as a non-executive Director and has
confirmed her intention to step down from the Carclo Board on 31 March 2006.
From that date, Bill Tame, who joined the Board as a non-executive Director on 1
January 2006, will assume the roles of Senior Independent Director and Chairman
of the Audit Committee.
Christopher Ross, Chairman of Carclo, commented: 'I should like to take this
opportunity to thank Barbara for her valuable contribution to the strategic
development and governance of the group.'
