Carclo announces completion of disposal of surplus property
Carclo plc ('Carclo') announces that it has completed the sale of its surplus
property at Plover Mills in Huddersfield.
The exchange of contracts for the sale of this property was previously announced
on 1 December 2006. Vacant possession of the site has now been obtained and
proceeds of £5.4 million were received on 14 February 2007.
