FUNR now is engaged in an evaluation of investing, merging and synthesizing its corporate structure and AI technology with Surface Products Corp. It is a local, private San Diego company which has a sunscreen product. Surface bills itself as #RedBull of Sunscreen and has approximately 30 professional athletes who promote and use its products.
FUNR has signed a binding Memorandum Of Understanding (the MOU) with Surface Products Corp., CA entity #3468795. The goal is a potential Joint Venture (JV) and/or acquisition of Surface Products Corp. This MOU provides for a working relationship and start point for the path forward to combine FUNR and Surface Products Corp. Revenue for FUNR is generated with the integration of AI GENIE and Surface Products Corp.’s sales and logistics processes. This earns revenue for FUNR with a monthly subscription and fee model based on Surface Products Corp.’s operations cost savings and sales. In addition FUNR earns a commission of overall product sales. FUNR strives to improve shareholder value.
