FUNR now is engaged in an evaluation of AI technology with potential products by signing a binding Memorandum Of Understanding (“the MOU”) with DEALERFLUX LLC. This MOU provides for a working relationship and contract for a potential white label of an AI app product suite, with the following milestones:

These apps, subject to our evaluation and a purchase agreement, will allow for actionable results with AI lead generation and provide one stop shopping for a seamless search of potential prospects with the end result of data in an accessible, organized fashion. The app user starts AI lead generation with targeting a specific demographic by zip code, or age, or product preference. This generates a massive lead database which is clickable and allows communications with the end potential customers. All responses are categorized, searchable and easy to data mine.
There are 3 related AI apps in this product suite- DealerFlux, RealFunnels and XYZ (the flagship app) being sold which are designed to generate CUSTOM sales leads and place them in a CRM database and resource center. In addition, all facets of communications from start to finish are contained in one easy to utilize app.
The DealerFlux app is focused on the automobile and RV market, and can encompass private jet sales and leasing. RealFunnels AI is registered as a Nevada DBA. RealFunnels AI is directed at the enormous world of Real Estate and its multiple facets, brokers and loans. XYZ is the code name for FUNR’s white label flagship AI App. The apps are subject to our due diligence and execution of a purchase agreement.
