2024 PRELIMINARY CONSOLIDATED TURNOVER OF EURO 80 MILLION,
+8% COMPARED TO 2023
- Consolidated Revenues as of December 31, 2024: Euro 79.8 million compared to Euro 73.9 million of December 31, 2023 1 (+8%)
- The increase mainly concentrated in sales in North America and Australia, in contrast to the slight decrease in Asia and EMEA.
- Italy is also growing and confirms its position as the leading geographical destination, contributing 38% of revenues, with Consolidated Revenues equal to Euro 30 million in 2024

Carrara, February 11, 2025 - Franchi Umberto Marmi S.p.A., international leading company in the sector of processing and marketing of Carrara marble, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (Ticker: FUM) (the "Company"), announces the total Preliminary Consolidated Revenues as of December 31, 2024, approved by the Board of Directors, which met today.

Total Preliminary Consolidated Revenues as of December 31, 2024 amounted to Euro 79.8 million, compared to Euro 73.9 million as of December 31, 2023 1 (+8%) with an increase equal to approx. Euro 5.9 million mainly due to sales in North America and Australia.
Specifically, Preliminary Consolidated Revenues in the EMEA area reached Euro 42.8 million as of December 31, 2024, with a decrease of 6% compared to the same period of 2023, representing 54% of Total revenues of 2024. Italy recorded revenues for Euro 30 million, slightly up compared to Euro
29.5 million as of December 31, 2023. It is still the first geographical destination, contributing 38% of revenues for the year.
Total revenues in North America reached Euro 15.3 million as of December 31, 2024, with a significant increase (+64%) compared to Euro 9.3 million recorded in the same period of 2023 (19% of total revenues in 2024).
Total revenues in Asia in 2024 are equal to Euro 14.9 million, decreasing compared to Euro 16.2 million in the same period of 2023.
In Australia, consolidated revenues grew by 223% compared to the same period of 2023, reaching Euro 5.5 million as of December 31, 2024, compared to Euro 1.7 million as of December 31, 2023. The area contributes 7% of the total revenues for the year, representing the fourth most significant destination.
Finally, we would like to highlight the result achieved in Africa (consolidated revenues of approx. Euro 0.9 million, up by 52% compared to the same period of 2023), and South America (consolidated revenues of approx. Euro 0.5 million, down by 37% compared to the same period of 2023). These two areas represent 2% of total revenues of 2024.
As a reminder, on March 27 2025 the Board of Directors of the Company will meet to approve the overall financial statements data - Financial Statements and Consolidated Financial Statements as of December 31, 2024.

Franchi Umberto Marmi, established in 1971, is a leader in the processing and marketing of blocks and slabs of Carrara marble, a natural stone that perfectly embodies Italian craftsmanship and luxury, with special characteristics that make it unique in Italy and in the rest of the world. The Company covers all phases of the production and distribution process, thus guaranteeing the absolute quality of the product, whether it is slabs or entire blocks. The activity is mainly concentrated within the 59,000 square meters of the Carrara headquarters, which make it the largest exhibition space dedicated to Carrara marble.
Franchi Umberto Marmi closed the 2023 financial year with Consolidated revenues equal to Euro 74.7 million, Adjusted EBITDA equal to Euro 25.4 million (with a margin on revenues of 33.9%) and Operating profit equal to Euro 13.0 million.
