FRANCHI UMBERTO MARMI S.P.A.: TOTAL REVENUES AS OF MARCH 31, 2025: EUR 19.7 MILLION. GOOD RESULT IN EMEA, ESPECIALLY IN ITALY, AND IN AUSTRALIA- Total Revenues as of March 31, 20251: Eur 18.7 million compared to Eur 19 of the first quarter of 20242: positive results were achieved in EMEA (65% of total sales for the period) with revenues equal to Euro 12.1 million, which offset the weakness of the Asian and North American markets;
- In particular, in Italy revenues reached Euro 8.3 million, up 8% compared to the first quarter of 2024;
- The result achieved in Australia is important, recording revenues for Euro 1.4 million, with an increase of 149% compared to the same quarter of 2024.

Carrara, May 13, 2025 - Franchi Umberto Marmi S.p.A., an international leader in the processing and marketing of Carrara marble, listed on Euronext Growth Milan (Ticker: FUM) (the "Company") announces that the total revenues as of March 31, 2025 amounted to Euro 18.7 million compared to Euro 19.7 million in the same period of the previous year, with a significant contribution given by sales in EMEA, Asia and North America, decreasing mainly due to sales in Asia.

In particular, as of March 31, 2025 sales in EMEA, equal to Eur 12.1 million, recorded a significant increase (+2%) compared to the same period of 2024, reaching 65% of total revenues for the period. Sales in the Italian market, as of March 31, 2025, recorded an increase of 8% compared to the first three months of 2024, reaching Euro 8.3 million equal to 45% of total revenues.
Revenues in North America reached Euro 2.6 million equal to 14% of total revenues, compared to
Euro 3.0 million in the first quarter of 2024. Sales in Asia decreased by 43% compared to the same period of the previous year, reaching Euro 2.4 million, equal to 13% of total revenues.There was a significant increase in sales achieved in Africa and in Australia (+149%) with revenues equl to Euro 1.4 million.
