TURNOVER REGISTERED AN INCREASE IN THE FIRST HALF OF 2024: +14%

COMPARED TO THE FIRST HALF OF 2023

• Total revenues as of June 30, 20241: Eur 42.8 million compared to Eur 37.6 million as of June 30, 20232 (+14%); an increase equal to approx. Eur 5.2 million mainly concentrated in North America, EMEA and Australia.
• EMEA: sales as of June 30, 2024 reached an amount equal to approx. Eur 24.9 million, firmly confirming itself as the first geographical destination with a higher turnover compared to the same period of 2023, equal to Eur 23.7 million (+5.1%).
• Asia: sales as of June 30, 2024 amounted to approx. Eur 9.0 million, confirming itself as the second geographical destination and consolidating a very important result despite the decrease in turnover compared to the same period of 2023, equal to Eur 9.7 million (-8%).
• North America: sales as of June 30, 2024 reached Eur 7.1 million with an increase of 98% compared to the same period of 2023, this representing 17% of the total sales for the period.
• Australia: sales in the Australian market represent the fourth geographical destination, contributing to 3% of the total for the period. In absolute terms, sales reached Eur 1.4 million as of June 30, 2024, with a significant increase compared to the same period of the previous year.

Carrara, July 24, 2024 - Franchi Umberto Marmi S.p.A., leading international company in the processing and trading of Carrara marble, listed on Euronext Growth Milan (Ticker: FUM) (the "Company") announces that total revenues as of June 30, 2024 amounted to Eur 42.8 million, with an increase of 14%, compared to the same period of the previous year.

In particular, as of June 30, 2024 sales in Italy reached Eur 16.7 million, decreasing by 4% compared to the same period of 2024, consolidating 39% of total sales for the period.

Sales in EMEA are equal to Eur 24.9 million in the first half of 2024, increasing compared to Eur 23.7 million recorded in the same period of 2023. Sales in Asia are equal to Eur 9.0 million in the first half of 2024, slightly decreasing compared to the Eur 9.7 million registered in the same period of 2023. The result achieved is particular significant if we consider that the area has now become the second geographical destination for the product sold by the company.

The result achieved in North America is considerably important as sales amount to Eur 7.1 million in the first half of 2024 compared to Eur 3.6 million in the first half of 2023.

The results achieved in markets such as Australia (sales equal to approx. Eur 1.4 million), South America (sales equal to approx. Eur 0.2 million) and Africa are also significant.
