TORONTO, May 30 /CNW/ - Luxell Technologies Inc. (TSX:LUX) today announced that the Ontario Securities Commission (the "OSC") has confirmed that the management and insider cease trade order (the "MCTO") imposed upon certain directors and officers of the Company has been lifted. Pursuant to its terms, the OSC Order lapsed after the Company completed the filing, on May 10, 2007, of its interim financial statement for the 3 month period ending February 28, 2007. The Company is now in full compliance with all securities and regulatory filing requirements to this date.
