In a recent meeting held by the Company’s Board of Directors, a corporate resolution was passed to expand the board to five (5) members, including two new independent directors. This announcement also initiates Fernhill’s search to find qualified candidates that have previously served on the board of a public company, have experience in blockchain, Web3, and/or financial software and services industries, and have worked in high growth business environments.

We also confirm our Town Hall meeting will be held on December 15, 2023 at 4:00pm ET. Additional details will be announced at least one week prior to the call. The Town Hall meeting will be virtual utilizing Zoom.
