Fernhill Corp (OTC Markets:FERN), a FinTech software firm focused on providing Web3 Cloud Based Enterprise Infrastructure solutions and APIs for digital asset trading, NFT marketplaces and data aggregation solutions, is pleased to announce a Shareholder Town Hall scheduled for December 15th at 4pm ET.
The Town Hall will be a presentation by Fernhill executives, including CEO Chris Kern, President Marc Lasky and MainBloq President Ryan Kuiken. The executives will provide corporate updates on a number of topics including potential acquisitions, partnerships, financing and revenues amongst other items. At the conclusion of the presentation there will be a brief Q&A session. The Town Hall meeting will be conducted via Zoom - additional details will be provided closer to the event date.
