And it's my great pleasure to introduce our panelists [00:15] Speaker 1: at Beyond Blockchain. [00:17] Speaker 1: We have Chris, Mark, and Michael. [00:20] Speaker 1: In terms of today's panel, I just wanna do some general housekeeping real quick. [00:24] Speaker 1: 1st order of business is that this is a live interactive panel. So we're all here with you right now in real time. What that means is you can use the public chat and we will see it. You can submit questions to the Q&A. You can also submit questions into the chat and you'll notice that it'll probably disappear and move to the Q&A. [00:40] Speaker 1: All of these questions are going to be... We'll do our best to answer all of these questions [00:45] Speaker 1: throughout the panel towards the end. [00:47] Speaker 1: In terms of the format for today's panel, there are 3 main components. [00:51] Speaker 1: The 1st bit is to begin with introductions. So everyone, all the speakers will have an opportunity to introduce themselves, their projects, and their thesis to the Web3 space. [01:01] Speaker 1: Then we're gonna move on to some broad panel discussions, [01:04] Speaker 1: mostly themes around the future of Web3. We're going to be looking at debates like C5 or C5, [01:10] Speaker 1: talking about things like the Bitcoin Lightning Network, exploring things like NFT decoupling from crypto, global adoption, compliance, [01:17] Speaker 1: metaverse, [01:18] Speaker 1: and B2B applications in the blockchain and various other themes as well, as I'm sure that the conversations will evolve.
