Fast Finance24 : Finance 24 Holding AG – Shareholding Finance Pay Corp. presents annual financial statements 2024 with excellent result

Berlin, 11 February 2025 - Fast Finance 24 Holding AG has announced that its subsidiary, Fast Finance Pay Corp (OTC Nasdaq: FFPP), has released its financial results for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2024.

Ole Jensen, who is also a director of Fast Finance 24 and recently appointed CEO, President and Chairman of Fast Finance Pay Corp, said: 'All of our businesses in FFPP were successful throughout the year, despite the challenging market environment due to high interest rates and uncertainty in some sectors. We have seen continued revenue growth and gross and net profits. Looking ahead, we remain focused on implementing and overcoming challenging macroeconomic conditions and believe that our past investments have strengthened our operations and will optimise the business for the near future.

Please find below a detailed breakdown of the results for the financial year ending 31 December 2024:

Revenue for the twelve months ended 31 December 2024 was US$10.4 million, representing an increase of 130% compared to US$4.5 million for the same period in 2023.

Gross profit totalled USD 4.5 million, compared to USD 1.8 million in the same period in 2023.

Net income for the period was $568,000, in comparison to $244,000 during the same period in 2023.

'We believe we are much better positioned than in the past to deliver significant positive earnings and long-term growth and profitability. Our recent reverse split strengthens our capital structure and provides us with the opportunity to be listed on a major US stock exchange, further expand our business and deliver revenue and earnings results that will enhance shareholder value,' concluded Mr Jensen. Over the next few months, the management team will be focusing entirely on the implementation of the uplisting in the USA.
