Fast Finance 24 Holding AG: Subsidiary FFPP / OK.secure signs agreement for e-banking and VISA debit card integration within the app

Berlin (IRW-Press/13 November 2025) - Fast Finance 24 Holding AG (ISIN: DE000A1PG508) announces a significant development regarding its U.S. portfolio company Fast Finance Pay Corp. (OTC Nasdaq: FFPP): The platform OK.secure has reached another major milestone. Its operator, OK.de Services GmbH, has signed the agreement to provide electronic banking services and VISA debit cards under the OK.pay brand. This will allow users in the EU and United Kingdom to soon access an IBAN account and VISA debit card directly within their messenger app - usable globally wherever VISA is accepted. The rollout is scheduled to begin in December 2025.

With OK.pay, OK.secure is evolving into an all-in-one platform for secure communication, digital banking, and crypto asset management. The app integrates encrypted messaging, a non-custodial wallet, crypto-to-fiat conversion, embedded trading, and a branded VISA debit card into one unified system. Users can buy, sell, and spend cryptocurrencies, and send or receive payments - both privately and in business contexts.

The launch of the banking feature is scheduled for December 2025, with full system activation planned for the first quarter of 2026. The debit card and corresponding account will be offered in EUR and GBP and can be topped up using cryptocurrencies or SWIFT transfers.
