The application for court appointment, submitted on 24 March 2025 by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, took into account the proposals and recommendations made by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 18 March 2025. Ulrich Ziemes and Wolfgang Beecken are two highly qualified individuals who will strengthen the Supervisory Board. They both have in-depth expertise in their respective fields and will contribute to the company's strategic development. Ulrich Ziemes brings extensive experience in capital markets and valuations. A graduate economist from the University of Münster with an LL.M., he has held management positions at MLP AG and Credit Suisse, and has worked with listed companies. His dedicated work in the area of shareholder rights makes him a valuable addition to the board. Wolfgang Beecken has enjoyed a long career in communications, international business development and logistics. Having worked in Germany and Southeast Asia, including Singapore and Hong Kong, he founded First Mile, a consulting firm specialising in urban logistics solutions. His extensive experience in the international arena and his extensive network in the Asia-Pacific region will be particularly valuable in helping the group to become more globally oriented.
