Monthly Financial Highlights – January 2026

Taipei, Taiwan - February 10, 2026 - Far EasTone Telecommunications (TAIEX: 4904, FET) today announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for January 2026. Supported by continued 5G upgrades from mobile subscribers, steady growth in ICT services and consumer digital offering, and strong handset sales, FET delivered an impressive start to 2026. In January, consolidated revenue reached NT$9,663 million, representing a year-over-year increase of 11.6%. Consolidated EBITDA and net income amounted to NT$3,390 million and NT$1,289 million, up 8.7% and 20.4% year-over-year, respectively. Earnings per share (EPS) for the month was NT$0.36. FET set new January highs for consolidated revenue and EPS, while EBITDA set an all-time monthly record, marking a strong opening for the year 2026.

FET's mobile business delivered solid performance in January. Driven by continued 5G adoption, postpaid 5G penetration reached 47.8%, maintaining its industry-leading position. Sustained growth in postpaid ARPU continued to support mobile service revenue momentum, which rose to NT$5,252 million, marking a historical high for the same period. This achievement also represents 59 consecutive months of year-over-year growth since March 2021, underscoring the long-term strength of FET's core mobile business.

FET's enterprise ICT business sustained its growth momentum in January. In addition to the continued stable delivery of system integration, IoT, and cloud service projects, Far Eastern Electronic Toll Collection Co., Ltd. (FETC) has been consolidated into FET's financial statements starting this year. The inclusion of FETC contributed to the performance of smart transportation-related services and further propelled enterprise ICT revenue to double-digit year-over-year growth.

Leveraging its core ICT capabilities, FET continues to advance its four integrated solution pillars: Sustainable Smart City, Smart Healthcare, Digital Transformation, and Telecommunications System Integration. In support of government initiatives to enhance healthcare accessibility in rural areas, FET partnered with local authorities to promote telemedicine services. With the official launch of remote specialist outpatient clinics at the Taimali Township Health Center in Taitung County, FET's telemedicine platform has now achieved 100% coverage across all 15 townships and cities in Taitung County, marking a significant milestone in advancing healthcare equity. In the area of green ICT, FET has independently developed a range of sustainable digital solutions to support the Hsinchu City Government in deploying public electric vehicle charging infrastructure. By integrating technology and data analytics, FET is enabling smarter urban governance and positioning public charging stations as a key component of smart city infrastructure.

FET's consumer digital services also delivered solid results in January. Driven by the continued growth of friDay Video and FET Guardian Network, overall digital lifestyle service revenue maintained steady upward momentum. According to the latest "2025 Communications Market Report" released by Taiwan's National Communications Commission (NCC), friDay Video once again ranked No. 1 among domestic OTT platforms in terms of paid subscriptions, maintaining its leading position for four consecutive years and demonstrating a strong and stable market foundation. Recently, FET announced a collaboration with renowned Taiwanese band Sodagreen, launching the group's first-ever reality variety show. The program will premiere exclusively on friDay Video. In addition, FET has unveiled Taiwan's first telecommunications retail store themed around a local variety show, highlighting the company's diversified investment strategy in original local content and its commitment to enriching Taiwan's digital entertainment ecosystem.
