The Management Board of RAFAMET S.A. informs that a significant contract with the company INVEHO UFF (Z.I. Ventillon, 13270 Fos-sur-Mer, Francja) from 07.12.2020 has been signed today. The subject of the contract is delivery of a Surface Wheel Lathe type UDA 125 N. Total amount of the contract is 953.000,00 EUR. Execution of the subject of the contract is scheduled for 10 -12 and will be confirmed in May 2021. The conditions of the contract do not deviate from the usual used in these kinds of transactions.
The above information was deemed relevant on the grounds of the contract subject value in the Issuer sales.
