Agreement for a working capital loan agreement with mBank S.A. |
Message:
The Management Board of Fabryka Obrabiarek RAFAMET S.A. at Kuźnia Raciborska informs that today the Company has received an agreement signed by mBank S.A. (00-850 Warsaw, 18 Prosta Street) from 19/03/2021 for a working capital loan in the amount of PLN 5,000,000.00.
The loan interest rate was determined based on WIBOR1M plus bank margin. The loan period expires on 28/02/2022.
The loan is secured by:
- assignment of receivables from contracts,
- blank promissory note together with a promissory note declaration.
The subject agreement was concluded on market terms, which do not differ from terms commonly used for this type of agreements.
Total amount of the Company's credit exposure at mBank S.A. at the date of publication of this report amounts to PLN 7,000,000.00.
This information was considered significant due to its value and significance for the Issuer.
