30 January 2026 VENTURE LIFE GROUP PLC ("Venture Life", "VLG" or the "Group") Exercise of Share Options & Total Voting Rights Venture Life Group PLC (AIM: VLG), a recognised leader in proactive healthy, product innovation, development, and commercialisation within the global consumer healthcare sector, announces that it has issued 48,000 ordinary shares of 0.3 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with an exercise of share options by a number of employees, subject to admission to trading on AIM. Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the 48,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective, and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 5 February 2026. Following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 128,860,145 , with 4,372,800 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights will be 124,487,345 . This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
