9 January 2026 VENTURE LIFE GROUP PLC   ("Venture Life", "VLG" or the "Company")   Director/PDMR Shareholding Further to the announcement on 2 January 2026 of the exercise of options over 483,333 ordinary shares of 0.3 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Jerry Randall (Chief Executive Officer), the Company has been notified that, in order to satisfy the payment of the exercise price of the options and the personal tax liabilities resulting from the exercise of the options, Jerry Randall has sold 387,705 Ordinary Shares at a volume-weighted average price of 66.22 pence per Ordinary Share ("the "Share Sale").
