25 July 2025     VENTURE LIFE GROUP PLC   ("Venture Life", "VLG" or the "Group")   Grant of Share Options     Venture Life (AIM: VLG), a leader in product innovation, development and commercialisation within the global consumer healthcare sector, announces that, pursuant to the Company's 2023 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"), it has granted options to subscribe for an aggregate of 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.3p each in the capital of the Company (the "Options") to the Company's Directors, as follows:   Director Number of Options Granted Exercise Price Jerry Randall 1,000,000 57.70 pence Daniel Wells 1,000,000 57.70 pence Paul McGreevy 500,000 57.70 pence   The Options (which are subject to malus and clawback provisions) will vest after three years following publication of the Company's annual results for 2027 and will be exercisable within 7 years of vesting.
