The Issuer today confirms that the financing condition in the notice of conditional full redemption dated February 23, 2026 has been satisfied. The Issuer has satisfied and discharged the Indenture today and the Issuer's outstanding €600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 9.750% Senior Notes due 2029 (the "Notes") will be redeemed as of the date of this Confirmation of Redemption.
