NOTICE OF REDEMPTION TO HOLDERS OF Eutelsat S.A. (the "Issuer") €600,000,000 2.250 per cent. Bonds due 13 July 2027 (the "Bonds") ISIN: FR0013422623 Common Code: 200557557 Optional Make-whole Redemption Date: 7 April 2026 Issy-les-Moulineaux , 7 April 2026 - Notice is hereby given, following the publication by the Issuer on 5 March 2026 of a notice announcing that it has elected to redeem 100% of the principal amount of the outstanding Bonds (€600,000,000 are currently outstanding) pursuant to Conditions 5(d) ( Make-whole Redemption by the Issuer ) and 9 ( Notices ) of the terms and conditions of the Bonds contained in the prospectus relating to the issue of the Bonds which received approval of the C ommission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier on 11 June 2019 (the " Prospectus "). Terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Prospectus. The Issuer confirms that it has redeemed today its outstanding €600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Bonds. The Bonds will be delisted from Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
