EUTELSAT S.A. NOTICE (this "Supplemental Notice") To the holders of 9.750% Senior Notes due 2029 ISIN: XS2796660384 (Regulation S) Common Code: 279666038 (Regulation S) ISIN: XS2796660970 (Rule 144A) Common Code: 279666097 (Rule 144A) Reference is made to (i) the conditional notice of full redemption (the " Notice of Conditional Full Redemption "), dated February 23, 2026, given by Eutelsat S.A., a société anonyme incorporated under the laws of France (the " Issuer ") to the holders (the " Holders ") of its €600,000,000 9.750% Senior Notes due 2029 (the " Notes ") of the redemption of the entire aggregate principal amount of outstanding Notes in accordance with paragraphs 6 and 9 of the Notes and Section 3.04 of the indenture, dated as of April 8, 2024 (the " Indenture "), among, inter alios , the Issuer and BNY Mellon Corporate Trustee Services Limited, as trustee. Capitalized terms used and not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Indenture and in the Notice of Conditional Full Redemption, as applicable. This Supplemental Notice completes, and where applicable, supersedes the Notice of Conditional Full Redemption. The Issuer hereby notifies the Holders of the Notes that pursuant to paragraph 6 of the Notes, the aggregate redemption price for the Notes is expected to be €656,775,596.34, which comprises: (a) 100.000% of the principal amount of the Notes to be redeemed, or €600,000,000.00, plus (b) the Applicable Redemption Premium, or €33,700,596.34; plus in each case, accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the Redemption Date, or €23,075,000.00. Pursuant to the Notice of Conditional Full Redemption, the Redemption Date for the Notes will be March 5, 2026, or such later day, subject to the conditions set forth therein being satisfied or waived. The redemption may not occur and such Notice of Conditional Full Redemption may be rescinded in the event that any or all conditions set forth therein shall not have been satisfied within 60 days from delivery thereof pursuant to such Notice of Conditional Full Redemption.
