Notices of board meeting (bm) - notice

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Eterna Plc (the Company) will be held on Thursday, 30 April 2026, to consider the Company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 31 March 2026 (2026 Q1 UFS).

Pursuant to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) Rulebook, the Company commenced a Closed Period from 1 April 2026, which will remain in effect until twenty-four (24) hours after the release of the 2026 Q1 UFS to NGX and by extension, the general public.

During this period, no insider or their connected persons may, directly or indirectly, deal in the securities of the Company.
