Lagos, Nigeria - 13 January 2026We hereby notify Nigerian Exchange Limited ("NGX") and the investing public that, pursuant to Rule 17.18 of the Issuers' Rules (amended rules), the closed period for trading in Ellah Lakes Plc's (the "Company") shares which commenced from 1 January 2026 will continue until twenty-four (24) hours after the full year
till December 2025 audited financial statements (Seventeen Months" Period) is released to the public.
Accordingly, no Insider may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
