I his is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at 10. 0 a.m. on 28'l' October, 2025 at the Registered Office of the Company at 270-Sector 1/9, Industrial Area, Islamabad to consider 1" quarter un-audited Accounts for the period ended September 30, 2025.
The Company has declared a closed period from 22.10.2025 to 28.10.2025 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the rule Book of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the closed period.
